European Barber is run by Ahmet, a barber with more than 33 years of experience behind the chair. The shop is at Spectra Apartments in Redmond’s Marymoor Village, and every appointment is one on one with Ahmet.
33 years of precision cutting
Ahmet has spent more than three decades cutting hair, and his approach is the European one: scissors first, with careful attention to how each client’s hair grows and falls. Cutting with scissors gives him control over length and texture, so the finish looks natural and grows out evenly between visits. Clients regularly mention that he takes his time and pays attention to every detail.
Ahmet speaks English and Turkish, and offers several traditional shave styles, including a classic Turkish-style straight razor shave. Turkish-speaking clients are always welcome to talk through their cut in Turkish.
